Important: StyleBoost provides style and appearance analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using StyleBoost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
StyleBoost is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-powered facial analysis (face age score, beauty score, facial proportions, symmetry)
- Celebrity match and face shape identification
- Progress tracking and photo comparison timeline
- Personalized makeover and style recommendations
- PDF export of analysis results
- Photo storage and secure cloud backup
3. Non-Medical Disclaimer
StyleBoost is a style and beauty application. It is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis.
- Our AI analysis is for informational and entertainment purposes only
- Results should not be interpreted as health metrics or medical advice
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
5. Subscription Terms
StyleBoost offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: 3 photos per month, core face analysis features, includes ads. New users receive a 7-day full Pro trial.
- Lite ($3.99/month): 8 photos per month, ad-free, progress timeline, photo comparison, PDF export of results.
- Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited photos, ad-free, all Lite features plus unlimited style recommendations and priority AI processing.
Additional one-time purchases are available:
- Photo Pack (+3 photos): $0.99 — stackable bonus photos for the current month.
- PDF Export (3 credits): $1.99 — grants 3 PDF export credits.
- Style Credits (5 credits): $1.99 — grants 5 style recommendation analyses.
Subscription billing terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Downgrading to a lower tier or Free takes effect at the next billing cycle
- Refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies
- Free tier users may watch rewarded ads to earn up to 3 bonus photos per day
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use StyleBoost to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or non-facial images
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
- Share your account with others
- Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
StyleBoost and its AI technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your photos, but grant us a license to process them for analysis purposes.
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
StyleBoost is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on our analysis results.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
